2 Female Carers Required

We are looking for a carer to provide care for my grandmother with Dementia.  She is 82 and is in the advanced stages of Dementia and whilst she can speak clearly and is mobile she can no longer remember how to look after herself.  She needs to be washed, dressed, fed, assistance with walking and climbing the stairs.  She cannot ask for what she needs so you must be able to use your initiative and ensure that she is given everything that she needs.  As she has Dementia and is reverting back to a child she cannot be left alone so there is a considerable amount of safeguarding required to ensure that she is safe at all times.  If she is left alone with food she will throw it on the floor and smear it into the furniture.  Whilst she can use the toilet with assistance she is double incontinent and will need prompting to use the toilet to avoid accidents.
